Ingredients:
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
- 5 ounces mini mushrooms
- 5 ounces shimeji mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 0.5 ounces fresh yeast
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces comté cheese
- 3 ounces walnuts
- ⅓ cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Step 1. Clean the mini mushrooms and cut them in half. Sauté the shimeji mushrooms in heated butter until they are golden brown.
Step 2. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and set aside to rise for 15 minutes. In a bowl, crack the eggs, add a pinch of salt, and mix until light and fluffy. Gradually add the flour and the yeast mixture, combining until the batter is smooth.
