  • 7 oz of butter
  • 2 large bananas
  • A few drops of lemon juice

Creamy topping:

  • 14 oz of heavy cream
  • 9 oz of mascarpone cheese
  • 2–3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Additionally:

  • 3.5 oz of almond flakes (fresh or toasted)

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the custard: Boil milk with sugar, then add the diluted pudding with egg yolks. Let it cool down.
